Sort function for keywords in reports

Maybe I’m missing something, but I should think I’d be able to sort the reports by ranking from 1 to 100+. Or alphabetical. Or any of the things I can do in the dashboard.

As it stands now the reports I download are just a jumbled bunch of data that is not at all clear to view and comprehend.
