Search Volume Sources/Approach

While it’s normal to see slight differences in search volume from one ranking tool to the next, I’m seeing volume for longer-tail keywords as zero in SERPWatch while Ahrefs has it at 1700.

Example keyword:
monte carlo simulation stock trading systems

What do you think the cause of this is?

Hi chris,

I ran this by our tech team and it seems like both SerpWatch and Google Ads are showing the correct position for the current period, whereas Ahrefs is showing results for the period between September 2015 and December 2019.
