I can't find where to raise a support ticket

Hi , maybe it’s because I can’t see the wood for the trees but I have clicked on everything in the dashboard and can’t find where to raise a support ticket.

Also i invited a client to the dashboard and assigned them to a project and they haven’t received an email invitation.

where am I going wrong?

you can reach us via live chat (the blue button in the bottom right of the page), send an email to [email protected], or fill the contact form on our website.

There was a temporary issue with client invitations but we’ve resolved it. Can you please re-send your invite to the client and before you do, make sure you delete the email field from your agency information.

Thanks Sanja, I’ll reinvite. BTW the live chat blue button hasn’t been showing for a couple of weeks. but at least I know how to get in touch
